Our fees are fixed thus giving clients peace of mind from the outset as to the total costs they are likely to incur in professional fees. Our approach to charging is based on the following key principles:

• we ensure that the work is undertaken by the person best suited to the task, taking account of the level of experience, the complexity of the work and cost efficiency.

Quality of Advice
DMC Law aims to provide all its clients the highest standard of service in every aspect of its business dealings. In addition, DMC is registered with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).
The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) is an independent regulatory body set up by the Government under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
The OISC is responsible for regulating immigration advisers in accordance with the Commissioner's Code of Standards and Rules. The OISC promote and monitor professional standards and good practice within the industry. DMC law is registered with the OISC at the highest immigration accreditation level in every category of immigration law, giving clients the peace of mind and confidence in the advice they receive.
Disbursements
Disbursements such as application fees payable to the Home Office, Barristers’ fees, and interpreters’ costs are not included in our fees. However, clients will be advised from the outset as to likely disbursements they will incur in relation to their matter.
